Update Company Webhook

Updates the company's webhook URL. Only administrators can modify it. Typical Flow: 1. Administrator configures webhook URL 2. The server validates that the URL is valid 3. Updates the webhook configuration in the company 4. Company events will be sent to this URL Usage Examples: - Configure automatic notifications - Integrate with external systems - Receive company change events Events sent to the webhook: - User creation/modification - Company changes - Important authentication events Important Notes: - Only users with 'admin' role can configure - The URL must be HTTPS in production - Retries are attempted in case of failure - An HMAC signature is included to verify authenticity
