Get weather along route with danger filtering

Retrieve weather conditions along a GPS route with optional danger level filtering.

Danger Filtering Functionality:

• If dangerLevel is not specified, all points are included (equivalent to dangerLevel=0)
• If dangerLevel is specified, only points with a danger level equal to or higher than the value are returned
• The value is automatically adjusted between 0 and 100 (minimum 0, maximum 100)

Route Processing:

• GPS points are filtered to retain only those separated by at least 25 km
• Climate data and alerts are obtained for each filtered point
• A danger score is calculated based on visibility, rain, snow, wind, temperature, clouds, and extreme conditions
